About Mackinzie H.

I grew up in Southern California and later moved to the Bay Area, where I met my husband of six years. Together, we have five beautiful children, and each of my deliveries was uniquely different. I’ve experienced a cesarean, a VBAC with an epidural, a D&E following loss at 16 weeks, and an unmedicated twin VBAC in the hospital. These varied experiences gave me a deep understanding of the many paths birth can take and inspired me to support other families in achieving the outcomes they deserve and desire. Since then, I’ve had the honor of supporting families through twin deliveries, VBACs, birth center births, experiences with a trisomy diagnosis, and more. I am also a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and passionate about helping families feel informed and confident in their choices. I believe birth should be respected, not feared. Parents deserve to fully understand the pros and cons of every intervention so they can make decisions that feel right for them. I trust in the innate strength and wisdom of women’s bodies and feel privileged to walk alongside families as they move through this transformative season—empowered, supported, and proud of all they’ve accomplished.
