I am Ariana, a multifaceted individual blending the roles of birth worker, chef, mother & wife. I have been a doula for over seven years, and this work has deeply shaped the woman I am today. I view the birth and postpartum continuum as one of the most sacred and transformative times we experience as humans. My intention in supporting families is to help make their journey more easeful, connective, supported, and meaningful. I hold space for the beautiful, messy, challenging, and expansive moments this time brings. I offer education, resources, planning support, and in-home care so you can feel more equipped and prepared for your unique birth and postpartum experience. I am there to listen, offer gentle guidance, and support you as you step into yourself as a mother and as a family. I nourish you in all the ways I can—through food, words of encouragement, bodywork, loving attention, and steady support. I meet you exactly where you are and honor your needs.
