Hi, I’m Maya – Founder of The Birth Companions. Since completing my DONA Birth Doula training in 2018, I’ve had the honor of supporting over 100 families through one of life’s most powerful transitions. With a background in psychology, alongside years of experience in yoga and fitness, I bring a grounded, holistic approach to every birth I attend. My work is rooted in the belief that every woman deserves to feel deeply supported, seen, and empowered. I’m passionate about helping mothers reconnect with their innate physical wisdom and navigate birth in a way that feels truly theirs. Whether your preferences lean toward natural, medicated, home, or hospital birth, I welcome your vision and hold space for your unique journey.
