Hi, I’m Shadi, a Bay Area birth doula, prenatal movement specialist, and mama of three. I support modern women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with a calm, grounded, and evidence-based approach. I believe birth isn’t something you just “get through”, it’s something that should be held, honored, and fully supported. I’m deeply passionate about empowering moms to trust their bodies, feel confident in their choices, and step into their birth experience feeling strong and supported. I also love supporting partners and helping them feel confident in their role, guiding them in how to show up, stay connected, and truly support you during labor and birth so you feel like a strong, supported team. Through a blend of hands-on support, movement, and intuitive guidance, I help you prepare your body, stay connected to your instincts, and move through birth feeling empowered. My goal is simple: that you never feel alone during one of the most transformative experiences of your life.
