I remember bringing home my firstborn daughter, feeling completely overwhelmed, and wishing I had someone to guide me. That experience is what inspired me to become a postpartum doula. With years of experience supporting people through complex health journeys, I provide evidence-based and compassionate postpartum support where families feel respected and cared for. My practice welcomes everyone, including neurodivergent parents, people with various physical abilities, LGBTQ+ families, and non-traditional family setups. I speak French (from Quebec) and love supporting francophone families. I also offer skilled lactation and feeding support, with respect for every family’s feeding goals. I'm here to help you build confidence and trust your instincts as you grow into your new role.
