Hi, I’m Gaby. I’m a birth and postpartum doula, newborn sleep specialist, photographer, and lactation student based in Vallejo. I’ve been fascinated by pregnancy and birth for as long as I can remember. As a kid, helping care for my younger brother was always something I looked forward to, and over time that naturally grew into the work I do now. I try to be someone families can actually relax around during such an important and personal time. I’m there to offer physical and emotional support, answer questions, and adjust to whatever each family needs in the moment. I like getting to know each family personally so I can understand what matters to them, what they might be feeling unsure about, and what would help them feel more prepared. After the baby arrives, I help things feel a little more manageable, whether that’s feeding, soothing, sleep, or simply having an extra set of hands around. Some days with a newborn feel easy, others feel all over the place. I want to help families make sense of what they’re seeing, understand their baby’s cues, and build routines that work for their day-to-day life.
