Hey! I’m Heather. I’m an experienced birth doula (8 years and 151 births to date) specializing in helping families prepare for and navigate labor with confidence. My work is rooted in physiological understanding, clear communication, and practical tools that keep clients grounded and supported through every stage of birth. Over the years, I’ve refined methods and have recently created a framework/guide to help families work with their bodies, not against them, during labor. As a mentor, I’m passionate about equipping other doulas with the skills, strategies, and presence needed to provide exceptional birth support.
