Hi! I’m Kristin, a DONA-certified birth doula based in Half Moon Bay, serving the peninsula from San Francisco to San Jose. As a doula, it is truly a joy and privilege to be present for such a profound moment in people’s lives. I believe every birth is unique journey, and my role is to provide evidence-based education, steady support, and advocacy so you can make the choices that feel right for you. My Kinesiology background, and current study in the 2025 Body Ready Method cohort, ground my work in functional movement and biomechanics to help you feel prepared, confident, and cared for. I also love adding gentle touches like fairy lights, music, massage, and aromatherapy, to help create a serene, grounded space. However your birth unfolds, I am honored to walk beside you and support your preferences.
