Postpartum Love and my work stem from a deep devotion to nurturing families through the transformative time after birth. My path into this work began with my own postpartum experience—one that was beautiful, challenging, and eye-opening. While navigating NICU stays, feeding struggles, and the emotional ups and downs of postpartum, I became passionate about exploring how various cultures approach postpartum care. I discovered how powerful this time can be when rooted in connection, presence, and reverence—and I knew I wanted to help bring that kind of experience and care to others. With a background in wellness and many years of experience working with children and families, stepping into the role of postpartum doula felt like a natural extension of my path. I bring a calm and grounded presence, along with patience, compassion, and a deep trust in the wisdom families already carry. My favorite part of this work is reflecting the inner knowing parents already carry within themselves back to them and supporting each growing family in a way that feels authentic and aligned to their needs. I'm continually expanding my knowledge and offerings for holistic postpartum support, with a focus on both the physiological and psychological aspects of healing and well-being. Postpartum Love, and the heart of my work, comes from a deep devotion to nurturing families through the tender and transformative time after birth. My journey into this work began with my own postpartum experience—one that was both beautiful and challenging. Between NICU stays, feeding struggles, and the emotional ups and downs of early motherhood, I felt firsthand how powerful support can be. Along the way, I became curious about how different cultures honor the postpartum period and discovered the healing that comes when this season is rooted in connection, presence, and reverence. That’s when I knew I wanted to help bring that kind of care to others. With a background in wellness and many years of experience working with children and families, becoming a postpartum doula felt like a natural step on my path. I show up with a calm, grounded presence, patience, and compassion—always with a deep trust in the wisdom parents already hold. One of my favorite parts of this work is reflecting that inner knowing back to families, helping them feel more confident and aligned in their own unique way of parenting. I’m also continually learning and expanding my offerings for holistic postpartum support, with care for both the body and mind during this delicate time of healing. Every family, every home, and every story is beautifully unique, and it’s a true honor to be invited into this sacred chapter of life.
