With a foundation in Anthropology, experience as an EMT, and years working in education, I bring a grounded, holistic perspective to birth support. My approach is shaped by years of working in dynamic environments and witnessing how people move through transformation. I see birth as both a biological process and a lived experience influenced by culture, community, and personal history. As a doula, I hold space — supporting you as you navigate your own path into parenthood. I serve families throughout Sonoma & Marin Counties.
