It is a privilege to support families as they navigate the ever-changing journey of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. I honor each family’s unique choices—whether at home, a birth center, or in a hospital—and work alongside your midwife or healthcare team to help create the most empowering birth experience possible. My focus is on providing education, emotional and physical support, and comfort before, during, and after labor, while also guiding your partner or support person so we can work together as a strong team. Becoming a parent myself in 2024 truly solidified the importance of having a trained doula by your side. The knowledge and support I received made my experience empowering despite the challenges, and it inspired me to help other families find their inner strength to birth with confidence in their chosen space. Outside of doula work, I enjoy spending time with my baby, nieces, nephews, and family, creating art in many forms, and enjoying outdoor activities and bowling with my husband.
