After the birth of my own child, I was struck by how much I didn’t know—and how much I wished I had prepared for. That experience inspired me to become a birth doula so I could help educate and support families through a journey that should never feel overwhelming or isolating. I believe every birthing person deserves an informed and empowering birth experience, and I bring both passion and practical tools to make that possible. My background includes a B.S. in Kinesiology, certification as a personal trainer with a focus on pre/postnatal exercise, and knowledge of nutrition to support the body through pregnancy and recovery. I also have previous EMT experience and am on the path toward becoming a nurse and midwife. Being Bay Area born and raised, I’m deeply connected to this community and am fluent in Spanish to better serve families who may need or want it. It is an honor to walk alongside you during this transformative time, and I look forward to educating, empowering, and supporting you throughout your pregnancy and birth journey.
