I believe there is no single “right” way to have a baby. After attending over 1,000 births in my 20+ years as a doula, one thing has remained constant: a good birth is one where the mother feels supported, listened to, and respected. Over the years, I’ve developed strong relationships with clinicians and hospital staff, which helps parents feel comfortable with their care and confident that their voices are being heard. My background as a prenatal yoga teacher and my training in Spinning Babies techniques allow me to offer practical tools for comfort and positioning, helping labor unfold as smoothly as possible. In addition to birth support, I have spent many years teaching prenatal education and am committed to staying up to date on the latest evidence-based recommendations.
