Hi there, I'm Samantha! I am a birth and postpartum doula based in Sonoma County. My passion is supporting women holistically through every stage of childbirth. My approach is warm and intuitive, grounded in wisdom, and deeply nurturing. As your birth doula, I support you as both a guide and coach in pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum, empowering you with the knowledge and confidence to navigate one of the most transformative moments of your life. My role is to hold space, and to be a calm anchor in the room that can assist with education, coaching, hands on massage, position changes, and advocacy. As your postpartum doula, I offer deeply nourishing care focusing on meal prep based on ancestral nutrition, lactation guidance, newborn care, birth story integration, holistic recovery, and connection to community. I believe birth is a profound rite of passage, and my intention is to honor it as such by holding space and providing grounded, compassionate, and holistic care that supports the whole family during this exciting time. Some fun facts: I love cooking, backpacking, dancing, practicing yoga, archery, weaving, and making herbal medicine.
