Hi I’m Lyndsay, I’m a pleasure-positive, trauma-informed, full-spectrum doula serving the South Bay. My work is guided by deep respect for the body, community care, and the full range of reproductive experiences. With a degree in nutrition and a long history of caregiving across different spaces, I feel most alive when I get to unapologetically care for my people. My approach is holistic, heart-led, and centered on safety, especially for Black women and birthing people. Whether I’m helping you craft a birth plan, holding space during labor, or delivering warm meals in the weeks after birth, my hope is that you feel deeply supported, witnessed, and never alone.
